Terms of Service
Effective March 1, 2026
What is the sub delta?
the sub delta is a music discovery platform that uses a proprietary graph-based engine to follow your music network on SoundCloud and surface underground tracks before they break.
Account requirements
To use the service you must have a SoundCloud account and provide a valid email address. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You may only maintain one account per person. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Free and Pro tiers
We offer a free tier that is available forever with feature limits (including 1 channel, limited springs, and a capped personalized feed). The Pro tier costs $12/month or $99/year and unlocks the full feature set (more channels, deeper scans, full feed, export, and Pro-only alerts). Current plan details are listed on the pricing page. Pro renews at that price until you cancel. You may cancel online from Account settings. Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You may not use TSD to scrape, harvest, or bulk-export SoundCloud data beyond what TSD provides through its interface. You may not abuse or overload TSD's systems. You must comply with SoundCloud's Terms of Service when using your account with TSD. You may not resell or commercially redistribute TSD's discovery output without written permission.
Intellectual property
We own the platform, discovery engine, and all software underlying the service. Artists own their music. We do not claim any rights over tracks or content discovered through the platform. All SoundCloud content remains subject to SoundCloud's Terms of Service and the rights of the respective rights holders.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is. We make no warranties regarding the quality, completeness, or accuracy of discovery results, and we do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
