Privacy Policy

What we collect
We collect your email address, your SoundCloud username, and your SoundCloud follows (obtained via OAuth when you connect your account). We also collect usage data about how you use the service, for example, which channels and springs you create and how often you run scans.
How we use it
Your data is used to power the discovery engine and personalize your results, and to send you transactional emails including alert notifications, trial status notices, and optional weekly digest emails. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Third-party services
We integrate with the following services: SoundCloud (OAuth authentication and API access to your follows and profile), Stripe (subscription billing; we never see or store your card details), Postmark (transactional email delivery), and Microsoft Azure (hosting, storage, and infrastructure).
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account immediately from Account settings. That cancels an active Stripe subscription and removes your user row, channels, springs, discovery droplets, tokens, taste signals, and play history. Shared SoundCloud metric history and backups may take additional time to disappear. You can also email info@thesubdelta.com.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email info@thesubdelta.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views. It is privacy-oriented and is not used for advertising. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks.
